Sciences Po Alumni reunited in Hong Kong [fr]
More than 40 Sciences Po Alumni and current students who are on exchange programme or internship in Hong Kong gathered at the Consulate General of France for a convivial cocktail reception.
Sciences Po boasts a community of over 65,000 alumni, most of whom hold positions of responsibility in many different sectors such as auditing, diplomacy, news and medias, the social sector, sustainable development, finance, public function, culture and a variety of other areas, both in France and internationally. Current and past students were delighted to reunite again and to exchange professional and personal contacts in a joyous ambiance.
Paule Ignatio, the new Deputy Consul General, who is herself also an alumnus of Sciences Po, delivered an encouraging speech to fellow alumni/ students of her alma mater. Alexandre Mariani, Sciences Po International Affairs Manager for China and South-East Asia, presented the Sciences Po innovative future campus in the heart of Paris.
By acquiring the Hôtel de l’Artillerie, located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, Sciences Po has secured the means to create an innovative multidisciplinary campus in the heart of the capital. The new campus will enable Sciences Po to become a multidisciplinary research and education platform; to intensify productive exchange between disciplines; to facilitate the inter-relationship between research and teaching; to forge ever-closer ties with practitioners from all professional circles; and to reinforce the role of the social sciences in public life.
