Orange promotes innovation to French International school students and students at HKUST [fr]
The members of the Executive Committee of the telecommunications company, accompanied by French high school students and business representatives, visited the campus of the University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong.
Several members of the Orange Executive Committee, as well as students from the Hong Kong French International School and French business representatives in Hong Kong, have come to the campus of the University of Science and Technology (HKUST). After visiting the "Robotics Institute" where some high school students piloted UAVs and miniature cars programmed by the students, the representatives of Orange expound on the global strategy of the group in France and abroad, whether in BtoB or BtoC in front of the students starting their master of Technology Leadership and Entrepreneurship .
Lastly was presented the Orange Fab program which is made up of around fifteen incubators spread all over the world and is aimed to support, several startups’ projects for 3 months thanks to a fund of € 100 million.
To close the visit, the professors of the school of engineering presented their curriculum to high school students and sparked vocations among the audience.
