The Consulate’s various departments are situated on two floors (25th & 26th) of the Tower II of Admiralty Centre.

The Consulate is open for the public every morning (Mon-Fri) from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. And, we are also open on Wednesday afternoons from 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
The Consulate is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Visa application and collection hours:
Application : Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Collection : Monday to Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please visit the website of the Hong Kong Observatory for the latest information about the weather conditions and precautionary measures to be taken. In case of a Typhoon Signal 8 (or above), it is strongly recommended to avoid staying in the street.
The Consulate general will be closed if a Typhoon Signal 8 (or above) or a Black Rainstorm warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. If the Typhoon Signal is lowered to Signal 3, or if the Rainstorm Warning is lowered to a Red Signal before 12:00pm, services at the Consulate general will resume on the same day at 2:00pm.
