Launch of Good France 2019 [fr]
On 7 March 2019, Consul General Alexandre Giorgini and Good France Ambassador Amanda Strang launched the Good France campaign in Hong Kong & Macau. Join us to celebrate French gastronomy at one of the participating restaurants!
To celebrate Good France and the 250th anniversary of the birth of Napoleon, Amanda Strang presents her recipe for the Napoleon cake, also called "mille-feuille" in French.
From 18 to 23 March 2019, across five continents and in over 150 French embassies and consulates, chefs will propose their vision of a French-style dinner in an extensive programme celebrating sustainable cuisine. In Hong Kong & Macau, 15 restaurants are joining the campaign with special menus.
From 6 March 2019, all participating restaurants will be presented on the www.goodfrance.com website. All over the world, everyone will be able to identify the dinners organized in their country and city and discover a menu to savour on 21 March.
Paying homage to the great traditions and savoir-faire of French gastronomy, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus attained two stars in the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2019 in less than six months since opening, and redefines fine dining with a contemporary vision.
