Lancement de la campagne Goût de France 2019 [en]
Lors d’une conférence de presse le 7 mars 2019 en présence des restaurants participants, des sponsors et des partenaires de l’opération, le Consul général Alexandre Giorgini et la mannequin et chef pâtissière Amanda Strang, ambassadrice de l’opération, ont donné le coup d’envoi de la campagne Goût de France à Hong Kong et Macao.
Pour célébrer Goût de France et à l’occasion du 250e anniversaire de la naissance de Napoléon, Amanda Strang nous fait découvrir sa recette du mille-feuille, pâtisserie également connue sous le nom de "Napoleon".
Du 18 au 23 mars, Goût de/Good France revient. Cette manifestation, unique en son genre, met à l’honneur la gastronomie de notre pays en proposant le même jour des menus « à la française ».
Durant cette semaine, dans des restaurants sur les 5 continents et dans plus de 150 ambassades et consulats de France, les chefs proposeront leur vision du « dîner à la française » autour d’une programmation enrichie et célébrant la cuisine responsable. A Hong Kong et Macao, 15 restaurants participent à l’opération avec des menus spéciaux du 18 au 23 mars 2019.

Fleur de sel is a French restaurant spécialisés in Brittany crepes and opened since 2010 in Causeway Bay. Fleur de sel was launched by French chef Gregory Alexandre who has been in Hong Kong for 16 years. He was the chef of the French Consulate in Hong Kong and has also worked at Robuchon Macau.
