From July 20th to 26th 2022 the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macao presents its French Pavilion at the Hong Kong Book Fair (Hall 1A - A17 "International Cultural Village") for the 7th consecutive year, with a focus placed on travel and travelling writers.
Designed for visitors of all horizons, the French Pavilion is an invitation to travel. Among inspiring quotes from renowned French travel writers, a special exhibition showcasing the best photographs from an online competition organised from June 14th to July 5th by the French Consulate general. A space to browse through books for all ages is also be freely accessible with games and quizzes for children and their companions to win some goodies from the Consulate.
Various activities will also take place to animate your tour of the book fair, with entertainment about the French language by the Alliance Française of Hong Kong, and about the secrets of Mona Lisa by Atout France.
A vibrating talk will be given by the writer Christine CAPPIO, who just released her latest book which give her take on the pandemic through poetic and hopeful drawings.

Night of reading 2022 – The writers who travel, between adventures and literature
