2nd French language poetry writing competition [fr] [中文]

The 2nd French language poetry writing competition will be organised by the French-language magazine Sauvés par le Kong in partnership with Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, French International School, French bookstore Parenthèses, Union des Français de l’Etranger (Hong Kong) (UFE), Alliance Française de Hong Kong, Yellow Korner Asie Limited and Poet’s Spring festival (Printemps des poètes). With the theme of this year’s competition as “Paroles”, this year’s competition acts as a tribute to the 40th anniversary of Jacques Prévert’s death.

This poetry writing competition is now open for all Hong Kong residents. Interested parties should send their own poems at sauvesparlapoesie@gmail.com on or before 20th March 2017.

Rules for the competition are as follows:

• Each participant should submit one poem only
• Poem for entry must be written in French
• Participants can choose their own form of poem
• Submission of the poem: A4 document format, in font Time News Roman, size 12

Winners of the competition will be invited to attend an award ceremony which will take place at Alliance Francaise (Jordan) at 18:30 on 30th March 2017.
